HPP 1 (high pressure processing)

DE102019005305.2

The invention relates to a method for high-pressure pressing of vegetable and fruit juices of all viscosities (including pastes). A press layout is shown, which can be used very compactly within a container directly at the harvest site and can help the fruit / vegetable farmers to generate and benefit from the added value.

HPP 2 (high pressure processing)

DE10201900479.8

The invention relates to a method and apparatus for high-pressure pressing of vegetable and fruit juices of all viscosities (including pastes).
Shown is a press,
• which is much cheaper (saving 70-90%) than current presses
• whose working chamber is used to 100%
• which can be fully automated integrated in the fruit bottle processing
• which is mobile and can be moved to the fruit producer together with the fruit preparation and filling systems, so that only ripe fruits are processed and no longer immature ones must be picked. This vastly benefits the quality of taste and degree of nutritional content of the juices.

HPP 3 (high pressure processing)

DE102019007679.6

The invention relates to a method for high-pressure pressing of vegetable and fruit juices of all viscosities (including pastes). A press layout is shown as a follow-up patent to DE102019006479.8, which can be used very compactly within a container directly in the fruit harvesting area and is up to 90% cheaper in terms of acquisition costs, maintenance and operation (fully automated and approx. 10KW) than currently used pascalization systems (manual for filling / emptying and approx 100KW). The pressing takes place in a two-chamber tube using four seat valves.ie
